This company is the opposite of what they sell. Their whole mission is DEI and psychological safety. And yet they behave the worst with people of color. Stay away.
Lots of interviews, with many having questions that force respondents to answer a question that they have clearly stated previously with a no answer. It clearly indicates that the company wants positive feedback when a person has no experience with the subject!!!!
