Ralphs Grocery Company – They were SO great during the interview, but once I was hired, I realised that Customer Service is NOT a priority like they said...an employee who works her butt off means nothing. However, someone with seniority who is TERRIBLE with customers gets rewarded. This shouldn't happen!

Need more help. Need to stop taking away employee benefits. Employees need to be shown they are valued.
