The leadership team is always focusing on higher level initiatives to move our agency forward and tries to clear the path for other employees to do their jobs more effectively.

The leadership team isn't so far removed from the day-to-day grind that they don't know what's going on. They are still able to offer valuable insight and help solve problems and are willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work too.

Transparency in how raises are given and when the next one can be expected. Our profit-sharing model involves the entire agency so everyone feels bought-in and invested in success. It's also nice that our employer contributes towards paying premiums for our benefits, like health insurance.

Everyone respects each other and can have fun while still working hard and driving results for clients. Team trainings are a heavy investment here and it pays off in both our personal and professional lives. Established culture code and philosophy/way of doing things helps a lot!

They are all extremely smart and hardworking. I know we will end up coming to the best solution for a client because of the synergy within the team. Everyone is extremely proactive and driven. If someone doesn't know the answer or runs into an issue, I know they will troubleshoot and overcome it.
