What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We practice the 7 habits from Covey and have an environment of trust. Also, dogs.

Eric and the Executive team provide monthly Franklin Covey training, rotational leadership participation, a safe environment where one is able to speak up and have a crucial conversation. Our open door environment is awesome and having puppies in the office is fun.
