Express Scripts: 1) Use call centers with people who can clearly speak English; 2) Have an address whereby someone can write a complaint to. Calling the same number to report a communication problem doesn't work. ExpresScripts has deliberately shielded themselves from complaints. Just spent an hour on a phone.
Royal Caribbean International: The cusomer service was impecible. The staff was always friendly and curtious, and did a good job.
