Floor associates slack off and are rarely held accountable; instead cashiers are expected to take on the extra responsibilities. The only positive thing I can say is that they are patient when it comes to training people.

Victra: Went on a strike team during the GoWireless acquisition and i told them how great this would be and i truly meant it. At that time Victra DID have our best interest at heart, and i spoke to all those things and how excited they should be. I could not deliver the same message for many reasons today
