It has been great for the most part. I feel like training could be better. People that I have been on teams with have been very helpful. I don't like all of the rumors about my job security, I have heard rumors from day one and it makes me very anxious about my job security in general.

Knowing that my job directly impacts the implementation process of our new clients, and when they have a first positive it can lead to a long term partnership.

In my short time I have been here I have already noticed a few specialists view associates as "lesser" when they or their clients are falling behind or late to due dates they want the tasks done NOW even though they don't understand we may already have tasks or even in my case a new hire.

My direct leader has been exceptional, she has made it a point from the beginning that if I had any questions or concerns she would be make it a priority to assist me. My first leader I had was not so much of a "people person" so we didn't have much interaction and at times I felt little lost.
