What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has really great collaboration skills. Everyone is stack hands on a project as needed to help the team balance their time.

We have the highly intelligent but yet humble type of people that I work well with. Everyone is concerned about their own job execution and others' jobs so I appreciate that we are all team players and nobody is trying to step on the next person because we're all happy. Toni takes great care of us.

I like the autonomy and that I am entrusted to do the job. I'm also happy to get the recognition I receive from my bosses, Toni and Matthew, who let me know when I've done a good job.
