When I ask questions to learn more about how to contribute better to my team, they immediately spend time giving me pointers, feedback, and mentoring me. That's quite an honor considering time is the one asset we can never get back or accumulate more of.

The trust within the team. Meaning that the team knows when it is time to step up for another team member. If one of us is struggling, the rest of team sees to it that the support is there.

Coworkers are cut throat and unhelpful. Everyone works hard to showcase how hard and how many hours they work by not taking lunch and coming into the office early, whether or not actual work is being done is debatable. It is a show of who has less of a life outside of work.
