People feel safe being themselves here because professional civility and respect are expected and reciprocated across the board. You will meet an entire planet's worth of varied peoples in this microcosm campus in northwest OKC and I love that.

I was explaining this to others on the team during our meeting, Being at Paycom is a Positive environment by all employees in which I have come in contact with, everyone is happy & smiling, one doesn't always get to see this. I love it here due to the positivity. This is a dream Career come true!!!

This company needs to move away from the churn and burn method in sales. Working new reps 12 hours without lunch and putting on a lot of pressure is not conducive to mature sales growth. This is too intense, leading to unsympathetic management.
