I love how interactive my leadership team is! I've worked for other companies that most leaders do not even know your name after years of service but that is not the case here. I enjoy how personable everyone in our department is.

How close we are about our work and personal lives. It really seems like they care for you not only as a coworker but also as a person.

I love knowing that my direct leadership sees me as a person rather than just an employee! To know that I have the ability to connect with leadership makes me feel like we're a true team and I am extremely grateful for this. It's a huge component in my daily motivation and keeps me energized!

Their investment in team members and improving our processes by looking to us.

The open and supportive relationships I have with leadership fosters transparent communication and collaboration. This encourages me to confidently present ideas, identify opportunities for process optimization, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that make our work more effective.

Our ability to come together and support one another when it's needed most.

They seem to really care and put in the effort to get to know me and my goals. Available for me if i need them. Driven and very clear about expectations.

The best thing about my leadership team is they tailor the feedback and trainings for each and every individual on the team. They note our key strengths and weaknesses and help us capitalize on them.

Support to succeed at my role.
Review from Customer Support Dept
My leadership team is extremely supportive as I have had many medical issues and a transplant throughout my time at Paycom.
Review from Legal Dept
My leadership is great about letting you do what you are best at without micromanaging. They are supportive and offer assistance when you need it.
Review from Operations Dept
They put the business first, and decisions are based on what drives the business forward

$1 health insurance offered by our CEO is the most wonderful benefit. They other group benefits are great too. Thank you.

The seem to genuinely care.
Review from Finance Dept
When I come to my leadership they take my ideas and feedback seriously.

Regular communication about the direction of the company
Review from Operations Dept
My manager and executive leader and friendly, and welcoming and they want you to be successful.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I find that my leadership team listens while offering solutions. In particular, I find that my team lead is incredibly helpful and invested in his team as individuals.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Supervisor is great, I don't think of the others in leadership that often.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They congratulate me when I am doing well and coach me to be better when I am not.
Review from Operations Dept
I would like the leadership team to be more transparent of where Paycom will be and how the current workforce can be a part of that growth. In recent years, it's become very apparent that the current workforce has little impact to company decisions and that we are irrelevant.
Review from Operations Dept
A comoany that demans quality service they should provide a quality training and always have the most updated book of procedures. I think if we want to be a high quality costumer service. We should start in our house. Providing what we need to reflect the company engagement with costumer service
Review from Operations Dept
Clarity in expectations, transparency in company direction, improvement in interdepartmental processes, and revised metrics to reflect success in initial job responsibilities.
Review from Operations Dept
High level leadership feels out of touch with the general workforce, and this has been a growing feeling over the past few years.
Review from Operations Dept
More transparent. Seems to care more about .5 increase in revenue than hundreds if not thousands of jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
Understanding work/life balance and attainable workloads.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication has always been an issue. Once an entire job site department was laid off and there were still no answers to comfort or retain others, I think a lot of people lost trust in current leadership.
Review from Operations Dept
Valuing the work that operations employees do, it has been over a year of cuts of perks and benefits with only an increased workload to show for it. It is extremely difficult to be motivated for a workplace that continuously asks for more while offering less.
Review from Operations Dept
stick to a clear vision of the future and goals that the business is moving towards. Often, goals and expectations are changing weekly that do not allow employees to set goals for themselves and achieve those goals. Promotions have been on hold for 7 month and not allowing my growth to happen
Review from Product Dept
Immediate supervisor is great, but above that, there is no humanity or personal involvement. There is not proper project planning, and processes can be better to mitigate bottlenecks and stress. Feedback processes need to be implemented and more transparency needs to be practiced.
Review from Engineering Dept
If there could be any kind of structure in place or boxes that need to be checked before big moves that completely change people's lives. I know this can be what's best for the company, but what about the employee's day to day lives that depend on leaderships knowledge.
Review from Operations Dept
Theres a strong emphasis on output, and not one on the quality of work. There is no consistency, guidance, documentation, code is not scalable, there is no structure or organization. The company will likely collapse in the next 5 years. We need to pause and fix what is there before scaling further
Review from Engineering Dept
Listening to client and front line feedback
Review from Sales Dept
Retention and building knowledge with way better training.
Review from Sales Dept
casting vision, getting buy in, giving autonomy, reading the room, growing and developing people
Review from Marketing Dept
approval of PO's is a huge set back in a company that is growing very fast. If leadership does not make it a priority to approve or deny it as fast as possible it causes work to backup and me on hold.
Review from IT Dept
Alignment of KPIs and how we measure success. Partnering with counterparts in Dev/QA can be a huge challenge. Ops is held accountable to strict deadlines and customer delivery whereas it seems Dev/QA can move dates constantly and not put the customer first. Concerned how their success is measured.
Review from Operations Dept
The Paycom culture, specifically sales culture, is 100% focused on making money and getting rich. Higher ups and trainers flaunt a flashy lifestyle and expect newbies to work to the bone. It is incredibly superficial and unkind in nature.
Review from Sales Dept
Better pay for engineers who have been at the company for a few years. More flexibility in work schedules with more options for remote work. The food quality is atrocious, so better quality meals even if that means increasing its cost by a bit.
