What I appreciate most is that they genuinely invest in our growth. Whether you're new or have been here for years, leadership strives to provide the support and resources for everyone to advance and succeed.

I feel that our executive team creates diamonds. This is a sales role and there is obviously going to be pressure and a lot of work, but the way that they lead, give feedback, and push you is second to none. Pressure makes diamonds, our executives make winners.

They are very clear and up front with things that are going on with Paycom. They encourage teamwork and make me feel like I am an important member of the team.

Leadership is always willing to help when needed.

I don't understand the question. Leadership collectively? The Leadership I personally interact with? Unclear

I do not know the executive team much, but the direct supervisors I have are amazing. They take the time to really explain things.

My direct leader has been exceptional, she has made it a point from the beginning that if I had any questions or concerns she would be make it a priority to assist me. My first leader I had was not so much of a "people person" so we didn't have much interaction and at times I felt little lost.

My TL has been very involved in my training process and ensuring that I feel prepared to do my job. My manager was also there for my graduation and even evaluated my final assessment for training. I feel as though they truly care about my success here at Paycom.

I believe my leadership team provides clear expectations in my role and are quick to support in areas when needed.

I love that they are always open to feedback and different ideas. There really is room here to make a difference and lead from any position you are in.
Review from Operations Dept
I like how we strategize our game plans together and support one another to do the very best we can
Review from Sales Dept
The leadership team communicates expectations clearly to us and lead by example. They have a wealth of knowledge and it is a pleasure to learn from Zach and Rob
Review from Sales Dept
My Sales Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm showing up both personally and professionally to be the best version of myself. My Sales EVP challenges and supports me to grow as a Sales Rep, and I'm constantly learning each and every day.
Review from Sales Dept
More transparent. Seems to care more about .5 increase in revenue than hundreds if not thousands of jobs.

Understanding work/life balance and attainable workloads.
Review from Marketing Dept
Communication has always been an issue. Once an entire job site department was laid off and there were still no answers to comfort or retain others, I think a lot of people lost trust in current leadership.
Review from Operations Dept
Valuing the work that operations employees do, it has been over a year of cuts of perks and benefits with only an increased workload to show for it. It is extremely difficult to be motivated for a workplace that continuously asks for more while offering less.
Review from Operations Dept
stick to a clear vision of the future and goals that the business is moving towards. Often, goals and expectations are changing weekly that do not allow employees to set goals for themselves and achieve those goals. Promotions have been on hold for 7 month and not allowing my growth to happen
Review from Product Dept
Immediate supervisor is great, but above that, there is no humanity or personal involvement. There is not proper project planning, and processes can be better to mitigate bottlenecks and stress. Feedback processes need to be implemented and more transparency needs to be practiced.
Review from Engineering Dept
If there could be any kind of structure in place or boxes that need to be checked before big moves that completely change people's lives. I know this can be what's best for the company, but what about the employee's day to day lives that depend on leaderships knowledge.
Review from Operations Dept
Theres a strong emphasis on output, and not one on the quality of work. There is no consistency, guidance, documentation, code is not scalable, there is no structure or organization. The company will likely collapse in the next 5 years. We need to pause and fix what is there before scaling further
Review from Engineering Dept
Listening to client and front line feedback
Review from Sales Dept
Retention and building knowledge with way better training.
Review from Sales Dept
casting vision, getting buy in, giving autonomy, reading the room, growing and developing people
Review from Marketing Dept
Better pay for engineers who have been at the company for a few years. More flexibility in work schedules with more options for remote work. The food quality is atrocious, so better quality meals even if that means increasing its cost by a bit.
Review from Engineering Dept
approval of PO's is a huge set back in a company that is growing very fast. If leadership does not make it a priority to approve or deny it as fast as possible it causes work to backup and me on hold.
Review from IT Dept
Alignment of KPIs and how we measure success. Partnering with counterparts in Dev/QA can be a huge challenge. Ops is held accountable to strict deadlines and customer delivery whereas it seems Dev/QA can move dates constantly and not put the customer first. Concerned how their success is measured.
Review from Operations Dept
The Paycom culture, specifically sales culture, is 100% focused on making money and getting rich. Higher ups and trainers flaunt a flashy lifestyle and expect newbies to work to the bone. It is incredibly superficial and unkind in nature.
