What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really value the comprehensive health benefits and the company's 401(k) matching program. It shows that Paycom invests not just in my work today, but in my long-term financial wellbeing and future.

All in, the base, bonus, and the benefits outside of those are certainly ones I have not had before and because of that they have saved me a lot of money.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate the strong teamwork within my immediate groups, but I particularly value the ERGs I'm a part of. They make coming to work more engaging and fun, and it's great to see Paycom invest in this kind of community building.
