They're very understanding if I have a personal matter to tend to. I don't have to worry about repercussions if I need to take leave.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
approval of PO's is a huge set back in a company that is growing very fast. If leadership does not make it a priority to approve or deny it as fast as possible it causes work to backup and me on hold.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The easy answer is $1 health insurance plus ZERO card benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before the recomp, I was almost ready to submit my level 3 documentation. Now, I'm being paid the entry level salary. I feel like my experience and knowledge was ignored.

People around me, who have been here less time by 2+ years, are making more than me. I bring these concerns to management and am told that is the job market.

The pay disparity is pretty evident due to location, tenure and job duties. A few of us were excluded from the last market value catch up and that is going to look different for a lot of people as they progress through years esply if reporting to DFW metropolitan area, with raising costs.

The salary range for an entry-level Project Manager is $60K - $120K per year depending on the specializations/projects/etc. I strongly feel my knowledge, skills/certs, abilities, company experience, and current workload qualifies me for a higher salary than what I am currently making.

I feel like when I moved up to a new position, a set number for other leadership in my set roll was already set, but for some reason I was not given the same Stock options. Should be more explained and looked at.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love how everyone is so super nice and inviting. I spend my lunches at the gym and get to meet people from all the other departments
