My time at Paycom has been mostly positive. When all of the layoffs were going on, it was kind of scary. I do miss being celebrated. Paycom used to provide more freebies like jackets, shirts, snacks, etc. It was always nice to get a little something as a thank you gift.

We're very quick to help one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see my friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very understanding if I have a personal matter to tend to. I don't have to worry about repercussions if I need to take leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before the recomp, I was almost ready to submit my level 3 documentation. Now, I'm being paid the entry level salary. I feel like my experience and knowledge was ignored.
