What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stick to a clear vision of the future and goals that the business is moving towards. Often, goals and expectations are changing weekly that do not allow employees to set goals for themselves and achieve those goals. Promotions have been on hold for 7 month and not allowing my growth to happen

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I expect a compensation review to happen for my department. based on the research I have done on the market for my position we are not getting comparable total compensation (outside just salary)

I don't believe that employee's voices are being heard on what they need and want. With the new increase of prices in the economy I feel that my pay needs to reflect this, or to be provided with flexibility on coming into the office so that I can save money on transportation, and other costs.

Studies and my personal research have shown that if I left and went elsewhere doing my same job, I would be compensated more. Longevity at Paycom doesn't mean you will be paid fairly. Coming from another company with same experience into the same role here would likely mean I was compensated more.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture has taken a significant decline over the last couple of years, in particular the past year. Major layoffs and reduction in staff have caused a lot of anxiety in the workplace. Questions and concerns are not always treated with an open mind

While there are many great initiatives this company has for the future, it is also concerning at the pace we are trying to complete them without being realistic of where we stand. The company is more concerned with quick fixes to generate revenue rather than long term scalability of our products.
