The best thing about the compensation is the $1 benefits and low benefit cost to add dependents.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation for the base PSD role is low for the level of experience and knowledge that I bring to the role and was non-negotiable. Unless a market adjustment occurs or remote work becomes available, there's nothing that can change this situation other than promoting to Senior then Exec ASAP.

I think additional projects outside of the scope of the position, willingness to join available projects, creating and owning projects, and productivity should reflect more on compensation without making it a competition within your own team/department to be recognized as excelling.

Finding a solution for a client. I know when clients have issue it is very frustrating for them. I love working with the clients and helping them to be successful with the products.
