Overall, it's a great company to work for as long as your job can't be replaced by Ai. The perks are great and I've met so many great people and formed lifelong bonds! My biggest complaint is the pay is not what it should be for how hard my department works.

The environment of our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to do what they think is best to keep the company moving in the right direction.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the clients who are genuinely kind and make your day with their kindness. Also, QDOBA FRIDAYS! All of our wonderful perks!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're one big family who share a lot of the same sentiments. We can laugh or vent to each other when needed. My TL is also a huge reason why I want to be here. She is an empath and is always a listening ear when I need her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the execs don't value the single parent or certain depts. This is a billion-dollar company, but yet you have so many working here who are living paycheck to paycheck and raising children on their own. The stress we endure throughout the week is not often eased by our paychecks.
