I'm bummed about not having unlimited PTO like I had at a previous job and needing to pay for parking, so if that shifted, that'd be excellent. But, people are very kind and my manager has shown me they have my back and support my growth.

SPS Commerce: I honestly believe that you have to give yourself enough time and patience to get through your job. It may be hard and struggle at first, but if you're willing to adapt each day and never quit. All your hard work won't go unnoticed here and just hope it keeps getting better on here out.

Mamagement needs to defend staff. Lots of verbal abuse and almost phyical altercations started by guest, managers dont care
