Guidewire Software: Working with engineers is fun. However the management and executive level never seem to learn from their mistakes. Their communication is consistently awful around changes, the timelines are set before the scope of work is understood. The result is people at the lowest level picking up the slack

Sports Research: This experience was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Each day felt like leaning up the mess created by poor leadership while being forced to smile and pretend everything was fine. It is mentally exhausting and demoralizing.

RX: Annual pay pay rise should compensate inflation. Teams with regular overtime either need extra budget for permanent talent acquisition or other underlying problems be fixed. It seems egos are fighting over change rather than removing blockers that make work hard for some teams to achieve change.

Trimble: I used to be very proud to work at Trimble but this has gotten seriously bad. Silent quitting is the term to mention here - even if I am not silent and still try. But in my direct business, there is no strategy visible which makes it impossible to do a good job.
