Another management who understands and applies other people management while working with the same business strategy. Because all the improvements people ask for cost nothing, only a clear will to actually make people feel part of a team and proud to work for the company.

The management is completely target minded without being people minded. As said before, employees are an unpleasant necessary cost for management although they are trying for years already to improve the image to the outside world... but eventually behind the doors it's all as back in the old days.
