What do you like best about the leadership team?
very good and also impresive
They're all friendly and very supportive
The leadership in Ryanair is terrible. there is no transparency, no honesty and no compassion from the supervisors/managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything possible they are so bad
The management is completely target minded without being people minded. As said before, employees are an unpleasant necessary cost for management although they are trying for years already to improve the image to the outside world... but eventually behind the doors it's all as back in the old days.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very fast and reliable

having a 5:3 rotating roster, meaning 5 days of work+3 days off, which rotate every week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes massively, they think im still a child
What are some of the best things about your team?
friendly crew no matter the base

Working with different people everyday, never knowing what to expect, making new friends everyday
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on it all.
As management does not promote a healthy, rich, synergetic working environment, also down the line there is no connection or pleasant working environment neither.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everything, its ruined amnd runing the buysiness
Another management who understands and applies other people management while working with the same business strategy. Because all the improvements people ask for cost nothing, only a clear will to actually make people feel part of a team and proud to work for the company.

having the company values on the website so someone can know what they are and that they can apply themselves to them
What makes you most happy at work?
nothing, somehow its worse than my home life although my wife just left with the kids and dog, shes trying to take the house and my toy tractor collection as she believe it will help me, she cheated on me with my dad and now thye are getting married and somehow it is worse than all that, please pay
