Everyone is aligned and the same message gets passed on across the company. There's a lot of compassion, and focus on health and well being that's generally a check box of the HR team in other companies.
The company has a lot of initiatives to keep the workforce healthy. All voluntary, but who wouldn't want to take advantage of an initiative like this. The CEO recently signed off on our town hall saying - "Stay healthy, stay safe, and spend time with your family" - This says a lot about the company.
