From the team I've met they are to the point and open to constructive criticism and really want to do things the right way but also understand pragmatism to get things done.
They are all very knowledgeable in what they do and ask really good questions about what we are doing and why. They all want to learn and get to the next level.
The org I am in we're interested in long term correctness and how to economically sustainably get there and pragmatically understand what to build what when so e don't have issues in the future.
