My overall experience, I would say, has been one of positivity and productivity. I don't feel like I'm in the hot seat, or stressed out that my job is on the line. I feel like I'm in a good position with a company that's rapidly growing. Overall a very exciting time to be here!

I think the best thing about my compensation package is that I'm able to earn quite a bit more on top of my base pay in commissions.

I think the ability to achieve goals I set for myself brings a sense of happiness and satisfaction. I also enjoy the team comraderie we share on my specific team.

We all are invested in each other's success. My team mates will go above and beyond to help each other out when someone is having difficulty understanding something. I would also consider them my friends in addition to being my co workers.

I would say the most positive thing about the culture and environment here at SentinelOne is the collaborative nature in how we work. There are also rewards given for a job well done, which goes a long way towards motivating a high performing atmosphere.
