I feel like Tomer actually cares about all of us as people, not just "individual contributors"

Interacting with my coworkers. In person is better than over zoom. I will be very happy once we can go back to the office. Stupid pandemic.

Our health insurance is terrible, it was better when I first started because we had a group that would fight for our benefits with insurance, now it's just an app.

There is a great sense of teamwork and family at the Eugene site. I feel like we aren't really valued by some of the lower management at the IL site though.

A lot of people are in management positions because they were the only ones available at the time. They are still in those positions and they are not good at the job.

Stop hiring your friends at director level and above, the nepotism in this company is out of control. Also hold upper leadership accountable. It seems like most of leadership only manages up so our C level has no idea what's going on.
