The way the unlimited PTO is handled, we are acctually encouraged to take time off unlike other companies where they just claim it is unlimited but never allow you to take time off.

So many times you need something from a nother team, in other orgs you have strong silos that make trying to interact outside your group near impossible. Not here, you can reach out to any team and they are willing to help you anyway they can.
