It is easy - it is a TEAM - everyone talks about us and not about "me or I". the TEAM helps each other and is very supportive and not looking just to their own goals, the still keep the spirit of ONE and working towards a bigger joined goal.

We are ONE TEAM. we work hard - but also keep always some time in meetings to smile and get excited. even in these crazy home office year - I felt like working with close friends, some of them I did not meet so far - but still feel very close to them. this is special and shows the great culture.
