I think the culture of one of clear personal responsibility supported by teams with a shared goal... I like that emphasis on ownership.

They're good at what they do. They're collaborative but not so much that it slows them down. I enjoy working with a team largely based in another culture.

For now, my salary is the best part. Hopefully the stock options will be soon. Free medical is incredible. The little things make a difference though: automatic $50/mo for cell phone, paid gym membership that's not a 3/mo/yr gimmick, etc
