Dint like working as a part of the company with no support after joining. No guidance provided, no help provided, with giving out wrong requirements they expect a correct output and once the output is not given then fire the hired blaming us that the work has not been done!

Lack of leadership, no vision. Lip service only. Complicit in bad behavior and bullying from Divisional leaders.
Junior leadership, lots of polotics, chaotic experience. Poor or lack of stategic decision making by senior leaders.
