Laid back and people don't really get let go
The company is stable. It is a company that expresses from senior management that they want to create a diverse culture and a culture where everyone feels included, but there culture and the tone from the fop does not apply at the manager level. Also the company makes poor decision on technology.
The Societe Generale culture is one of arrogance and disrespect. Managers and senior managers are disengaged and bullying and belittling of employees is common. Work life balance is good.
Overall a good place to work with great innovation/engineering DNA
Get rid of the managers that been there for years .
