I really enjoy Syncro but I would like a bit more mission from the higher up leadership, a direction, a feeling of importance and that we are moving towards a common goal. Also, we should make our products a bit more bulletproof.

I believe that there are still members of the team that are paid lower than the payscale bands. Newer employees are paid more than tenured employees which causes our best people to find jobs elsewhere.
