I dont feel like i understand my job. Its got alot of tiny thinfs that are done specifically at this company and when i didnt get them right away i was put on a performance plan and i have had a hard time coming back from that

I submitted expenses for reimbursement and had to wait 3 months to get them declined. Not only am I working multiple jobs to make ends meet but i also cant get my own money back.

We need clarity. I can hardly do ly job without any ounce of clarity. Im sick of doing a TON of work and it getting scratched because we so completely unclear on what we are doing.

We have so many opportunities to get together and enjoy time as a team. Unfortunately because Im insanely busy i am just unable to attend any of them. I also have to work myltiple jobs to make ends meet so anything after work hours in just not possible.

Honestly im doing so much work that ends up being meaningless. We need answers and clarity. The fact that we know nothinf about Summit right now is a complete disservice to our teams and customers. Instead of aquiring new companies and expanding - get your basic info to your teams asap.
