We need clarity. I can hardly do ly job without any ounce of clarity. Im sick of doing a TON of work and it getting scratched because we so completely unclear on what we are doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I submitted expenses for reimbursement and had to wait 3 months to get them declined. Not only am I working multiple jobs to make ends meet but i also cant get my own money back.

Salary is fair, but not as high as it could be. Without clear guidelines on performance evaluations, I'm not sure if/when I will be able to get a raise or promotion.

It is a culture of collaboration

People care about people as humans first, not just as an employee who needs to get their work done. We also have family and lives outside of work and Syntellis is great about respecting that.

We have so many opportunities to get together and enjoy time as a team. Unfortunately because Im insanely busy i am just unable to attend any of them. I also have to work myltiple jobs to make ends meet so anything after work hours in just not possible.

honest conversations about historical problems we've had, attrition, etc. I think we've kind of hid away from the topic and it is making it worse

Communication from our executive team is rough. We are left waiting for direction/approval or rushed into ideas we don't necessary support.

Honestly im doing so much work that ends up being meaningless. We need answers and clarity. The fact that we know nothinf about Summit right now is a complete disservice to our teams and customers. Instead of aquiring new companies and expanding - get your basic info to your teams asap.
