There is a lot of bureaucracy that I've had to deal with. It has made getting things done very hard and time-consuming. The matrix org structure makes it difficult to know who to talk to/when and who has authority. The company strategy is not clear, so individual decision-making is challenging.

Honestly im doing so much work that ends up being meaningless. We need answers and clarity. The fact that we know nothinf about Summit right now is a complete disservice to our teams and customers. Instead of aquiring new companies and expanding - get your basic info to your teams asap.
