The diversity of my team is the best thing. We come from different walks of life, backgrounds and current life situations. It makes the team very dynamic.

Salary is very comparable to the industry standard. However the hourly training period is something that needs to be changed. Especially if the company tries to attract candidates with experience.

They make you feel like they are every day people. There is no glitz and glamour with our leadership team. It makes it very easy to approach and build relationships with them

The environment overall is great. there are times where one could feel pressured to meet a goal, but when you are in sales pressure is something you sign up for. There is a healthy balance of work and play
