They do offer a 401K and it's fully vested right away. In my opinion this is much more important than the match.

My salary doesn't correlate with the value I bring. Benefits are average. Good Maternity policy though

Higher base pay to match market averages

No holiday pay, no time off unless you go without pay, no stock, no extra benefits. Basic.

I'm doing the work of two for the price of one.

The spread model is completely outdated and because they are private company, all proposed average compensation examples are completely untrue. Very few recruiters or account managers are actually making over six figures.

Be compensated based on the role AND the work that I do. Look at equity and see the differences in workload compared to other employees of the same role or title.

Higher base pay slomg with comission

Our role is not competitive with the market. Frequently we have found that other roles pay 20% more, and new hires into our role are making 20-30% more.

I am considered a "non producer" which means I am not eligible for stock options, even though I am a big part of employee onboarding and development.

This project the best started it in January was a complete cluster. I have never seen so much disorganization in the startup. So much misinformation put out by leadership. And now I'm being told that I have to send back my laptop on my dime. There is no way I can pay for packaging and shipment.
