What did you like most about the interview process?
It challenged me at the same time as it gave a fair perspective on the expectations
It was very simple. Recruiter noticed my skills were more aligned somewhere else and helped me apply instead of just rejecting me outright

Very true and honest approach
There is a personal touch to the interviews to ensure that each candidate is not only a fit for the position, but a fit for the team. An example would be a person who though technically at the top of their field, does not demonstrate that they can work well with others versus on their own.

I mean it was a basic interview, it's not hard to get a job here because the attrition is so bad they basically need to hire anyone that applies.
I liked the half day in the office and getting to meet the staff.
They asked great questions and answered the questions i had as well

I'm not sure, it is fairly good
Interview with more people on the team.
It needs to be more organized and if not organized then atleast have the people who do the hiring to stop being so pushy about things that are out of the applicants control.
Again, get some IT Professionals in your recruiting process who will set up proper interviews.
