I really don't know the leadership team. Coming from the non-profit world, I find this experience a little colder, but my impression is that one must perform and then, make connections. Jason Lis is my DBO and is supportive and fatherly. Damon Moore's speeches are motivational.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Directing recruiters to be more engaged with the employees, and follow up to find more work after a contract ends. Instead, they cut ties abruptly and forget about you.

My direct managers have been empathetic and actually great. The exec team, however, seems like they have no actual idea about the offices and how they work as they are always making calls that are SO FAR REMOVED from the general opinions and feedback from the office level.

Protecting employees from workplace abuse at large conpanies like Meta. Supporting their own employees.

Ensuring rules apply to everyone, proactively helping people who are struggling with training

make company more attractive to contractors to retain employess and customers

Planning a startup and not changing direction in the middle of a river

Communication, supporting staff, limiting their undermining of staff that are qualified and experienced

Treat the employees better as they are the heart of the company. Since this company is in the business of consulting the employees bring in all the revenue.

I never faced such kind of behavior and ethics through out my experience.

They need to get better at treating others fairly. And to stop speaking and treating others like they are inferior to them. They need to get better at having more empathy towards us. Yes we work from home but that does not stop the world from still taking its toll us. We are living in a pandemic

Your technical recruiters are awful, and it's because they get paid terribly. Straighten your ship and pull yourself together. If you want quality IT professionals you need technical recruiters that are TECHNICAL and actually understand what they are dealing with.
