Your technical recruiters are awful, and it's because they get paid terribly. Straighten your ship and pull yourself together. If you want quality IT professionals you need technical recruiters that are TECHNICAL and actually understand what they are dealing with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A living wage would be a start.

My pay rate is commensurate with my position. But the issue I have is with time off and medical benefits. Our medical plans are expensive for poor coverage. We accrue over 8 days of sick time a year but are only allowed to take 3 days. And with our current shut down due to the virus, we get nothing.
