My coworkers are great, no issues there.

Just having a a good job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting the employees they put in the field with better benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate is commensurate with my position. But the issue I have is with time off and medical benefits. Our medical plans are expensive for poor coverage. We accrue over 8 days of sick time a year but are only allowed to take 3 days. And with our current shut down due to the virus, we get nothing.
