Your potential cross over skills, from many industries, like electrical, mechanical, roofing, people skills, and so much more, could take your career up to the next level. And honorable respect is shown to our past and present Military persons. And last but not least, 'older' is spelled 'e-x-p-e-r-i-e-n-c-e-d' worker. Tesla doesn't just hire people, they investment into the people they hire.

Depends on the position. Faily flexible on working from hom. PV Designer positions can work full-time from home once you've proved yourself.
