What's the work from home policy like at The Hartford?
It's based on job function & how your team/ office/department is best able to succesfully fulfill its role, not on how far you are from work. There are many remote positions available & they have made many more positions permanently remote since COVID began.
Some people are allowed the opportunity to work from home and others are denied. I do not understand the selection process because it has nothing to do with distance to commute to work.
How helpful was your Operations team when you were first hired at The Hartford?
Very helpful in the beginning of my employment.
