Review from Operations Dept
Supportive, enforce high standards, fair.
Communicating to lower management and staff.
Understanding work life balance and that their decisions are life altering for the little people.
Everyone be on the same page and don't promote until the person know the job inside and out.
Empower employees to make decisions without micromanagement and bureaucracy.
We can't keep leaders. The ones hired lack damage experience.
Total rewards package is excellent
The employee stock purchase plan is decent

Bonus plan is fair for executives
Bonus plan is overall good
Took away pto time and raise will not be enough for inflation
Stop pushing people to conform to some office strategy when the company is making good money
Not allowed to do the job I was hired to do. Instead I ended up being a glorified administrative assistant.
As an adjuster, we are constantly overworked and not compensated fairly compared to market value. Most companies pay about 10-20k more per year for the work that we do. Raises do not match inflation.
More review of the markets and inflation need to be made to make wages more of a living wage for some employees and make sure that management is being compensated well for their efforts.
Innovative creative and fun good cross section of ages
Intelligent people who can have fun and collaborate given the proper conditions.
The team, the team. Working together as a “Team
They perform well and get things done.
Helpful, very supportive for new hires! Our meetings are effective and informative. I tend to wish we had more.
They need to be trained better. Everyone has potential if taught how to do it correctly the first time.
Have more urgency in getting things done
Work levels are excessive to the point that prevent any helpful interaction.
Most meetings could be an email.
THERE NEEDED TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND MORE TRAINING ON SALES.
Review from Operations Dept

Take better care of your good workers and replace the ones that's have excuses every day for not getting their work done.
New management is needed from the top on down.
Become more focused on moving forward and not endlessly discussing things
Be better to customers and be more reasonable as far as staff expectations
People talking about the actual opportunities and root causing and holding people accountable. Not just brushing things off or dropping the work to others
Review from Operations Dept
It was fine not tough or grinding
Nice interviewers and makes you feel comfortable
Relatively short process and generally clear expectations
Professional and “smart.” Great com
Speaking directly with hiring managers who are also day to day managers. Unfortunately what they sell you isn't what you get.
Disclose the salary earlier in the process and make a hiring decision faster.
Streamline process. Use methods that don’t require extensive travel by candidate in early roun

Getting a pleasant customer is nice
Doing the job and accomplishment
Helping the claimants in their time of need

Review from Operations Dept
When I was there there was too much work to be done, it was very stressful.
The work is overwhelming and we need more reps
Too much request for overtime, especially in the summer months.

Unfairly compensated for work and unfairly evaluated.
Review from Operations Dept
The work — research & development
great compensation and benefits
Team morale
more women hires - too many white males (and I'm a white male)
