Took away pto time and raise will not be enough for inflation

Stop pushing people to conform to some office strategy when the company is making good money

Not allowed to do the job I was hired to do. Instead I ended up being a glorified administrative assistant.

As an adjuster, we are constantly overworked and not compensated fairly compared to market value. Most companies pay about 10-20k more per year for the work that we do. Raises do not match inflation.

More review of the markets and inflation need to be made to make wages more of a living wage for some employees and make sure that management is being compensated well for their efforts.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They need to be trained better. Everyone has potential if taught how to do it correctly the first time.

Have more urgency in getting things done

New management is needed from the top on down.
