I personally a GREAT team lead, best I've ever had. Upper management is personable, but they are always moving the bar for performance metrics your bonus is dependent on. You can be meeting all year, and it will no longer matter in aug when they decide they want to use a different measurement point

Though they profess to have superior ethics they manipulate stock price to their personal advantage with stock purchases before announcing stock buy backs.
