Supportive, enforce high standards, fair.

I personally a GREAT team lead, best I've ever had. Upper management is personable, but they are always moving the bar for performance metrics your bonus is dependent on. You can be meeting all year, and it will no longer matter in aug when they decide they want to use a different measurement point

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating to lower management and staff.

Understanding work life balance and that their decisions are life altering for the little people.

Everyone be on the same page and don't promote until the person know the job inside and out.

Empower employees to make decisions without micromanagement and bureaucracy.

We can't keep leaders. The ones hired lack damage experience.

Strategic decision making for growth. Diversity

Though they profess to have superior ethics they manipulate stock price to their personal advantage with stock purchases before announcing stock buy backs.

Management needs to have a vision

Focus on metrics that are meaningless and do not promote based on experience

The leadership team was very critical. My manager did not provide helpful feedback and did not allow me to work independently.
