The most accurate description is heartbreaking, the company seems to have a lot of potential and the sales team has told us in meeting that the market is ready for it. Overall, it just feels like the CEO and leadership team cannot get the job done.

The benefits are very weak and do not make sense if you have a family.

The interview process was nice to get to know the team, and the picture that was painted in terms of the culture. Unfortunately, it was VERY different in the day to day.

The people I get to work with every day are amazing, but we all notice how fast people come and go from the organization. If no one works and it is everyone else's fault then at some point you have to look inward.

The hard answer to this is that leadership needs to change for it to be improved. Customers constantly have complaints about our software from limitations to even the way it looks. Our sales team seems like they are struggling but that is another revolving door group.

The office has a fun environment when everyone is in the office. However, there have been some real sharp changes over the past year with as much as 6 people being let go at the same time. Some of those people were big pieces of the culture.
