
One thing that is unique is that the company chips in some money each month if we elect to get supplemental insurance (like cancer insurance or accidental insurance). That's pretty cool.
It's similar to a salary in other industries and fields.

Look at the churn and conduct exit interviews, I think you will get a more balanced view
