Technical Support needs great improvement. We experienced lack of follow up and committment to what was sold.
Stop trying to do it all and focus on a few things you can do well, and not 30 things you can barely keep up with. Oh, and stop paying/posting fake glowing reviews - they all sound pretty much the same and are usually from anonymous sources.
Everything...really...everything. They need a full new version. This version is too old and cannot be made current.
