My team is resilient, smart, and does what they can to control and impact the things they can.
The people and what we say on paper in terms of our Team DNA. There's just not consistency between what we say and how Darry and some other senior leaders act/say.
Our compensation philosophy is outdated and unfair. We don't look at or care about market, benchmarking, etc. It very hard to hire talent because we don't care about being competitive with other organizations or in a market.
Listening to employee feedback and taking action. Learning about what is currently important to employees and potential employees. They work in a silo of their own perception which is just not reality. They need to learn to ask for and receive help from the smart people who work here.
