There are no raises given in most roles that are hrly. Unless you become salary or a senior or manager or change departments your wage will stay the same regardless of performance.

Not worth the effort.

Very difficult, unless you work in sales, marketing or finance you will be stuck in your position. Or unless you get a 4 yr plus degree in a completely different department.
