What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Nobody is happy here. Leadership is so bad, that employee morale couldn't be worse. It's not a fun environment-- everybody hates leadership, especially local workers who now have to forfeit time and money by going into the office when they were previously told they could work remote indefinitely
What needs to change to make the company culture better?People need to be trusted. The bonus process demonstrates a lack of trust for people to work honestly, and the way that goals are picked apart at the end of each month is tiresome and discouraging.
