    Hourly pay is less than it should be for service and sales roles
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    Nobody is happy here. Leadership is so bad, that employee morale couldn't be worse. It's not a fun environment-- everybody hates leadership, especially local workers who now have to forfeit time and money by going into the office when they were previously told they could work remote indefinitely
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    People need to be trusted. The bonus process demonstrates a lack of trust for people to work honestly, and the way that goals are picked apart at the end of each month is tiresome and discouraging.
